{"id":2077,"date":"2022-11-30T23:33:21","date_gmt":"2022-11-30T23:33:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.foodsovereignty.org\/pesca-artesanal-asia-y-pacifico\/"},"modified":"2024-01-30T23:05:38","modified_gmt":"2024-01-30T23:05:38","slug":"pesca-artesanal-asia-y-pacifico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.foodsovereignty.org\/es\/pesca-artesanal-asia-y-pacifico\/","title":{"rendered":"Contin\u00faa el di\u00e1logo sobre la pesca artesanal en la regi\u00f3n de Asia y Pac\u00edfico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 30 de noviembre de 2022, el equipo de la <strong>Organizaci\u00f3n Nacional de Solidaridad con la Pesca<\/strong> (NAFSO) facilit\u00f3 un di\u00e1logo sobre la garant\u00eda de medios de vida sostenibles entre las comunidades pesqueras vulnerables con 43 representantes de OSC de 12 organizaciones diferentes que representan a 10 distritos de Sri Lanka, entre los que se encontraban: FOSDOO, NAHRO, newAROW, Save a Life, UPSAC SRILANKA, CJC, FRC, HEO, HOPE, JSAC, MSEDO, MWDT, NSDF.  Este di\u00e1logo es parte de los esfuerzos que l@s miembros del <strong>Grupo Asesor Regional en Asia y el Pac\u00edfico<\/strong> (GAR A&amp;P) est\u00e1n realizando a nivel nacional y regional para fortalecer la comprensi\u00f3n de las comunidades de la PPE sobre las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fao.org\/documents\/card\/en\/c\/I4356EN\"><strong>Directrices Voluntarias de la PPE<\/strong><\/a>. De hecho, el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodsovereignty.org\/working_groups\/fisheries\/\"><strong>Grupo de Trabajo sobre Pesca del Comit\u00e9 Internacional de Planificaci\u00f3n para la Soberan\u00eda Alimentaria<\/strong><\/a> (CIP) ha estado desarrollando la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodsovereignty.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/ES_People-centred-monitoring-of-the-implementation-of-the-SSF-Guidelines.pdf\"><strong>Metodolog\u00eda SSF Centrada en las Personas<\/strong><\/a> para evaluar los retos a los que se enfrentan las comunidades PPE en la actualidad. La reuni\u00f3n respondi\u00f3 a la voluntad del CIP de conectar y trabajar en red con otras organizaciones para unirse a los esfuerzos por los derechos y la dignidad de la PPE.  La sesi\u00f3n de formaci\u00f3n ten\u00eda dos objetivos principales: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>comprender la <strong>econom\u00eda azul<\/strong>, el modelo de crecimiento azul de desarrollo pesquero y su contribuci\u00f3n negativa a los aspectos sociales, econ\u00f3micos, medioambientales y pol\u00edticos de la vida de l@s pescador@s<\/li>\n<li>dar visibilidad a los esfuerzos nacionales, regionales y mundiales de las comunidades pesqueras para lograr la seguridad alimentaria, la erradicaci\u00f3n de la pobreza, la resiliencia medioambiental y, en definitiva, la <strong>soberan\u00eda alimentaria y oce\u00e1nica<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Para la ocasi\u00f3n, <strong>Nimal Perera<\/strong>, miembro de la NAFSO y de la Secretar\u00eda del Grupo Asesor Regional de Asia y el Pac\u00edfico, hizo una presentaci\u00f3n sobre las Directrices PPE, explicando la historia detr\u00e1s de este instrumento internacional, la contribuci\u00f3n de los movimientos PPE y de los Pueblos Ind\u00edgenas, lo racional y sus elementos centrales, que son principios basados en los derechos humanos en el contexto de la seguridad alimentaria y la erradicaci\u00f3n de la pobreza.
