{"id":4058,"date":"2024-10-01T14:00:29","date_gmt":"2024-10-01T14:00:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.foodsovereignty.org\/?p=4058"},"modified":"2024-10-01T14:03:32","modified_gmt":"2024-10-01T14:03:32","slug":"los-gobiernos-siguen-siendo-incapaces-de-proteger-los-derechos-de-los-agricultores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.foodsovereignty.org\/es\/los-gobiernos-siguen-siendo-incapaces-de-proteger-los-derechos-de-los-agricultores\/","title":{"rendered":"Los gobiernos siguen siendo incapaces de proteger los derechos de los agricultores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>Photo by IISD\/ENB | Mika Schroder<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Del 16 al 19 de septiembre, el Grupo de Trabajo de la CIP sobre Agrobiodiversidad particip\u00f3 en la 12\u00aa reuni\u00f3n del Grupo de Trabajo de Composici\u00f3n Abierta para mejorar el funcionamiento del Sistema Multilateral del TIRFAA (GTCA-MLS).<\/p>\n<p>Guy Kastler y Tanmay Joshy (La V\u00eda Campesina) participaron en las negociaciones en nombre del CIP, en un nuevo intento de presionar a las Partes Contratantes para que defiendan los <strong>Derechos de los Agricultores<\/strong> y apliquen las disposiciones del Tratado contra las restricciones al acceso y uso de los Recursos Fitogen\u00e9ticos para la Alimentaci\u00f3n y la Agricultura (RFAA) por parte de los campesinos y los Pueblos Ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\n<p>La tarea del Grupo de Trabajo consiste en debatir y acordar c\u00f3mo aplicar partes espec\u00edficas del Tratado Internacional relacionadas con el Sistema Multilateral de Acceso y Distribuci\u00f3n de Beneficios.
