L&rsquo;identification des questions abord\u00e9es par ces d\u00e9clarations est le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;une analyse minutieuse de l&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fao.org\/about\/meetings\/cofi\/documents-cofi34\/fr\/\">Agenda officiel du COFI et de ses documents de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/a>, et de l&rsquo;identification d&rsquo;autres questions qui, bien qu&rsquo;elles ne soient pas directement couvertes par ceux-ci, ont \u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9s incontournables pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile r\u00e9unie au sein du CIP.  Ces d\u00e9clarations refl\u00e8tent les positions des quatre r\u00e9seaux de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile participant au Groupe de travail du CIP sur la P\u00eache [1]. Elles sont le r\u00e9sultat de consultations internes avec les membres d\u00e9sign\u00e9s par ces r\u00e9seaux pour faire partie de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du CIP au COFI34.  L&rsquo;organisation virtuelle du COFI et ses modalit\u00e9s limitent fortement le r\u00f4le que peut jouer la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile. Cette limitation affecte \u00e0 la fois la possibilit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle d&rsquo;assister \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement virtuel et le droit de faire des interventions en pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re, emp\u00eachant ainsi que la voix de millions de p\u00eacheurs artisanaux, de leurs communaut\u00e9s et des Peuples autochtones ne soit port\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;attention des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations gouvernementales.
