Dans de nombreux\u00a0pays, l\u2019accaparement des terres et des\u00a0ressources et la privatisation de la nature (y\u00a0compris dans le cadre d\u2019acquisitions de terres\u00a0agricoles et de projets d\u2019investissement et de\u00a0d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle) entra\u00eenent des\u00a0expulsions forc\u00e9es, des d\u00e9placements massifs,\u00a0l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et des abus et violations\u00a0des droits humains.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, les\u00a0Directives constituent un accord international\u00a0sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent et fournissent des orientations\u00a0pratiques pour am\u00e9liorer la gouvernance des\u00a0r\u00e9gimes fonciers applicables aux terres, aux\u00a0p\u00eaches et aux for\u00eats sur la base des droits\u00a0humains, en mettant l\u2019accent sur les groupes\u00a0vuln\u00e9rables et marginalis\u00e9s.
