{"id":3724,"date":"2024-03-28T11:30:37","date_gmt":"2024-03-28T11:30:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.foodsovereignty.org\/?p=3724"},"modified":"2024-03-28T11:30:38","modified_gmt":"2024-03-28T11:30:38","slug":"points-de-vue-du-cip-sur-la-consultation-fao-osc-dans-la-region-nerc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.foodsovereignty.org\/fr\/points-de-vue-du-cip-sur-la-consultation-fao-osc-dans-la-region-nerc\/","title":{"rendered":"Points de vue du CIP sur la consultation FAO-OSC dans la r\u00e9gion NERC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le Secr\u00e9taire r\u00e9gional du <strong>Comit\u00e9 international de planification pour la souverainet\u00e9 alimentaire<\/strong> (<strong>CIP<\/strong>) pour la r\u00e9gion du Proche-Orient et de l&rsquo;Afrique du Nord, a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des sessions de <strong>consultation r\u00e9gionale entre des organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile<\/strong> et des fonctionnaires du Bureau du partenariat de la FAO en pr\u00e9paration de la <strong>37\u00e8me session de la Conf\u00e9rence minist\u00e9rielle de la r\u00e9gion du Proche-Orient et de l&rsquo;Afrique du Nord<\/strong> sur la question de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire, sous le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la transformation des syst\u00e8mes agroalimentaires au Proche-Orient et en Afrique du Nord\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Contrairement aux consultations pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, en consid\u00e9rant le Comit\u00e9 international de planification pour la souverainet\u00e9 alimentaire comme un partenaire dans l&rsquo;examen des documents de la Conf\u00e9rence minist\u00e9rielle et la formulation de recommandations sur leur contenu, et en r\u00e9digeant la d\u00e9claration pour les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile \u00e0 la Conf\u00e9rence minist\u00e9rielle, le Bureau r\u00e9gional de la FAO a form\u00e9 un comit\u00e9 de pilotage compos\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentants d&rsquo;organisations non ind\u00e9pendantes de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile dans la r\u00e9gion, pour mener la consultation r\u00e9gionale et g\u00e9rer les principaux domaines des r\u00e9unions de consultation r\u00e9gionale. (La r\u00e9union consultative avec les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e sans consultation ni coordination avec les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisation des r\u00e9unions consultatives pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, \u00e0 l&rsquo;examen des documents officiels de la conf\u00e9rence et \u00e0 la formulation de recommandations \u00e0 l&rsquo;intention des parties prenantes des gouvernements et du secteur priv\u00e9 lors des sessions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9union consultative avec les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile s&rsquo;est tenue au Caire pendant deux jours, du 31 janvier au 1er f\u00e9vrier, sans que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, qui a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9union consultative, n&rsquo;ait examin\u00e9 ou \u00e9valu\u00e9 le contenu des documents qui seront discut\u00e9s lors de la 37e session de la Conf\u00e9rence minist\u00e9rielle r\u00e9gionale:<\/p>\n<p>La transformation rurale et les cha\u00eenes de valeur inclusives, pour am\u00e9liorer la productivit\u00e9 et les revenus en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur l&#8217;emploi des jeunes et l&rsquo;autonomisation des femmes, afin de combler le foss\u00e9 entre les zones rurales et urbaines;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et des modes d&rsquo;alimentation sains pour tous, en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur le commerce, les politiques d&rsquo;habilitation, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 des aliments, les pertes et gaspillages alimentaires, et le plaidoyer pour la nutrition;<\/li>\n<li>L&rsquo;\u00e9cologisation de l&rsquo;agriculture, la lutte contre la p\u00e9nurie d&rsquo;eau et l&rsquo;action en faveur du climat;<\/li>\n<li>le renforcement de la r\u00e9silience aux chocs multiples, aux crises et aux urgences dans le cadre du pilier humanitaire, du pilier d\u00e9veloppement et du pilier
